Scammers

I took out what I thought was a one-off policy but was charged an annual fee (at no point was I told it was an annual policy). Complained a year ago and was assured the policy was cancelled and I would never be charged, however I was charged again this year. The charge went to an old bank account and I was only made aware that the payment was taken when my bank contacted me about unpaid fees due to this unauthorised payment. Terrible company taking advantage of people who are already suffering.
