Disgusting theives who have profited from the pandemic

We paid $238.89 for a 4 day cruise policy for a cruise cancelled at the start of the pandemic. After months of back and forth, they offered us $21 refund. My daughter and my son also lost their money for the same cruise. Please note our other policies with Covermore were refunded in full. Don't insure with Insure and Go, if you do your money will go. Level of trust = 0.
