30 days and still no claim response, terrible customer service
I had a finger fractured while overseas. I have made claim 30 days ago. I have called and emailed many times. the website says the claim session of the website is having issues and suggest people call or email. I have been on hold calling internationally over 4 hours and still no response. I have emailed their assistance (the email suggested) more than once and still no response.
