Terrible insurance company cost us thousands of dollars

I finally needed help after years of travel. I went through their website and insured with tick insurance. Neither company helped me at all....delays, wanting every detail of our trip and eventually they dismissed my claim for over 15 thousand AUD. No phone calls, no assistance.. disgusting experience that we will never forget. Don't waste your money on these companies..go with someone who can be trusted.
