Appauling customer service
I have spent over a month trying to get a reply from Itrek. You can't call them and emails don't get responded to.
Their policy didn't cover COVID19 (like many companies, but not all) and as such, I had to cut my 10 month travel plan (and policy) short.
Insurance is there to put your mind at ease and due to the customer service offered by this company, I would avoid them at all costs.
If they respond to my email and try to do the right thing, I'll happily update this review but on current evidence, a very poor choice.
