I found this company totally professional and extremely helpful. They paid on my claim quickly and hassle free. I cannot recommend them enough.
I have spent over a month trying to get a reply from Itrek. You can't call them and emails don't get responded to.<br/>Their policy didn't cover COVID19 (like many companies, but not all)
Really good service , a bit slow response due to COVID-19,however, feel so satisfied <br/>Will definitely join with this insurance company in my next trip
Jayson from the claims team put false and misleading words into my mouth and shamefully lied about the nature of my travel insurance claim being connected to coronavirus, so it would be easy to reject
