Warm and helpful assistant

Rang up the call centre and was greeted by a warm and helpful assistant. Got a quote and was covered within minutes, good price too. I did not make a claim this trip, but I think it was worth it for a peace of mind.

Had to claim for illness

Unfortunately I had to claim on travel insurance for expenses and cancellations due to illness overseas. The process was easy, no questions asked and the claim was finalized within 3 working days.<br/

Poor value. Cover but with conditions

I had a very expensive item stolen in Germany. Kango covered it but only to a value that didn't allow me to get it replaced. Not very useful and not consistent with my expectations.
