    I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of your claim. Keeping an open dialogue is how we improve our service, so thank you for your feedback. There is a common misunderstanding that all cancelled flights, for any reason are covered. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Moreover, this is an industry-wide standard. It is the airline’s responsibility to compensate, reimburse, or find an alternative flight for the traveller – not the insurer. However, please note that we do cover flights that are cancelled due to severe weather or airlines strikes.
