Excellent Customer Service

Prompt action within nominated time frames, 7 day/wk phone access to an English speaking customer service representative and receiving confirmation emails from Kango reassuring me mine had been received all helped ease the bitter disappointment of cancelling my long awaited African holiday due to an acute medical event.

Had to claim for illness

Unfortunately I had to claim on travel insurance for expenses and cancellations due to illness overseas. The process was easy, no questions asked and the claim was finalized within 3 working days.<br/

Poor value. Cover but with conditions

I had a very expensive item stolen in Germany. Kango covered it but only to a value that didn't allow me to get it replaced. Not very useful and not consistent with my expectations.
