No response in over a month

Tried calling 5 times, between 1hr and 2:40 wait times and gave up.

Tried emailing, auto response states 5 business days to respond, 5 emails and 5 weeks later, still no response.

Tried to make a claim online, did not recognize the policy number provided to me.

No way to contact them or make a claim.

I had very bad and stressful experiences with the Medibank private travel insurance. I don’t recommend it to anyone please be very careful. They just take your money not answering your phone calls jus

Covid Benefits

Great comprehensive cover which includes covid benefits, with all that it's priced competitively. If you have their health insurance you get 15% off.
