No Reply In A Month And Then Demanded Info Already Suppied
I Purchased a policy for in excess of $900 for insurance including the covid cover. We had to alter our plans due to covid. I put in an online claim on my return. I had no reply in over a month. After calling and complaining I then received an email demanding information I have already supplied. I am now trying to supply this information again, but the online claim portal is not functioning. As a Medibank private customer of over 20 years I am appalled. Do not purchase.
