Same experience like everyone else. Flight cancelled when I was at the airport with kids late night and still NIB doesn't cover for the taxi. Doesn't cover for the loss of rental vehicle which I booked because of so many exclusions. End up wondering why I bought this policy at first place.

My airline didn't show up during my trip between states and I had no idea until I showed up at the airport so I did the right thing and booked another airline and kept all my receipts for another
