Do not deal with these people

Purchased travel insurance, and tried to cancel the policy and obtain a refund after the cooling-off period as my trip had been cancelled - no go. So sorry, we will cancel your policy - but we will not give you your money back. Seriously? If you did not provide a service, you do not deserve to be paid. Charge a small fee for cancellation, yes. But give my money back. Absolutely shocking that a company can just refuse to refund a customer for a product or service they did not receive, in my book that equals theft. Shocking
