Unhelpful uncommunicative

Paid for ski holiday insurance with this company. Holiday was cancelled due to covid19. Holiday company agreed to re-book at no extra charge for same time next year. Same with equipment hire company. Insurance company refused to follow this pragmatic approach and would not reply to subsequent correspondence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!
