STOLEN PHONE
Was not told my insurance did not cover my phone being STOLEN when I contacted your company about my claim, I then spent Hours gathering the information you required then after weeks you said my claim was not valid, wasting a lot of my time, I will never again use your insurance and tell people I know to also avoid it

Sorry you weren't happy with the outcome of your claim. If you think the decision was unfair, then I'd encourage you to lodge a dispute with our Complaints team. It is a different department to Claims and they will reopen your case again. If you want to contact them, please email complaints@tickinsurance.com.au
