Travel Insurance Scam

I purchased Insurance Cover from Tick a week after the pandemic was declared. With travel bans in place , the trip can not go ahead. The Insurance Policy provides zero benefit because no claims can or will be made. Tick accepted the payment fraudulently knowing that the pandemic had been declared and therefore there could never be a claim made.
I have made comment to Tick and received a similar reply to all others and given the option to escalate the complaint but all attempts to do so result in bounced emails. Most travel insurance companies appear to have accepted advice from ACCC and refunded policy payments that become redundant because of the Covid 19. Not TICK.
I will never use Tick ever again as they appear to be a scam company willing to take our money with no chance of losing any of their income through claims.
