Travel Experience with Tick Travel Insurance

We have used Tick insurance many times & in April of 2018 whilst we were in Thailand my wife become very ill. Tick repatriated us back to Australia accompanied by an Australian registered nurse in case of emergency. They upgraded our return flights to business class from Chiang Mai - Bangkok - Sydney then to Adelaide. I could not have asked for better service & Tick met all my wife's medical/hospital costs & covered all the fares! In a difficult situation Tick were simply marvellous!

Tick "insurance" is a scam

I filled a claim and they did not contact me when I was overseas. They did not talk to hospital. I had to cough money. Their "Unlimited" "insurance" is no insurance at all. Buyer to know they pay. The
