Extremely slow, and try everything in their power to avoid your claim.

I know they seem good value for money, but I would suggest you not fall into the trap of trusting this company, like I did.I was in Thailand, having a wonderful trip, when my phone slipped out of my pocket & to the bottom of the ocean.It was too deep to retrieve, I was understandably irritated, but relieved that I was covered.However, because I didn't report this to the Thai police within 24 hours (what was I supposed to report? It's not lost or stolen, it's at the bottom of the ocean) they've refused to pay out.Not to mention, it takes at least a couple of weeks for them to reply to your claim.Steer clear of Tick.
