Value for money

The cost was so much less than other companies but covering all the same aspects very impressed by this policy is for next years trip so hopefully I don’t need to make a claim but if I do hope it is easy

    Great value, have now used them a few times. This time I did have trouble with the website but I rang them & they were able to complete form for me. Francis was fanastic

    Lied on phone and denied reasonable claim

    I asked on phone about the policy and cover and was told I would be covered for all journey, which turned out to be a lie. After purchasing, luggage goes missing for four days and I incurred some expe
