No support while trying to make a claim.

I had my phone and bag stolen while travelling in Vietnam earlier in the year. My claim took weeks still not resolved and the evidence that I have been asked to provide is ridiculous considering my location and the timing of the event. Insurance is suppose to be peace of mind but it has been nothing but stressful and I still never received any claims back. Will not be using again.

Hi Sam, it sounds like your claim is still ongoing. If this is the case, please give me the claim number, and I can investigate why the response is delayed - this is definitely unusual and unacceptable, as we're usually proactive about contacting customers. Thanks, Anna

Exactly the same as my experience with bag stolen in Paris. Terrible product.

I filled a claim and they did not contact me when I was overseas. They did not talk to hospital. I had to cough money. Their "Unlimited" "insurance" is no insurance at all. Buyer to know they pay. The
