All round horrible experience
Terrible customer service, made a stressful time even worse. I did all the hard work and still got next to nothing back. Ended up out of pocket thousands of dollars and the international standard hospital I was at got my son’s diagnosis wrong which was the whole claim problem, and insurance company wasn’t interested. No remorse, no empathy, all just about the money. Claims to be an Australia country, yet all calls were to and from the Philippines. Would never use again and/or advise or recommend to anyone.
