  • I was told that my original complaint would be sent through to claims department and they’d be in touch. Nothing further happened. I am just disgusted in the whole situation, and now scared to travel with my son even back to his second home in Indonesia as what we went through had a massive physical and emotional effect on us both due to insurance and the hospital.
