Never again will I use Tick Travel Insurance

Tick Insurance have a very misleading policy.Will take your money but god forbid if you make a claim. My claim took forever feedback was intermittent and unprofessional there also was a language barrier.
Emailed Tick insurance also called to discuss my claim never received any follow up so in the end I put in a complaint to AFCA.
Don’t insure with Tick Insurance especially if you are travelling.

I filled a claim and they did not contact me when I was overseas. They did not talk to hospital. I had to cough money. Their "Unlimited" "insurance" is no insurance at all. Buyer to know they pay. The
