Excellent and quick service

I have been on many trips but never actually used my travel insurance. This was the first time my phone was damaged and I had to use it. It was very easy to file claim on their website. And their team responded to my emails quickly. And after all clarification they processed the claim quickly. I will recommend tick insurance to everyone. Easy claim filing and quick processing

Tick "insurance" is a scam

I filled a claim and they did not contact me when I was overseas. They did not talk to hospital. I had to cough money. Their "Unlimited" "insurance" is no insurance at all. Buyer to know they pay. The
