  • Well, that was a waste of time. After 22 business days, I sent an email asking about the result as they have 15 days to action this, and got a reply with the same information as all the other replies. At no time during the original claim or the 2 dispute resolutions did anybody actually pick up the phone and speak to me regarding this claim.
