• Hi GM, thanks for your feedback. The discount you get for travelling as a family is 10%, as you mentioned, but you can only a family policy it if the people you are travelling with are actually your family and/or your partner. For example, if you and 4 friends were travelling together (i.e. 4 separate individuals who aren't family or partners of each other), you should not buy a family policy as it is not valid, so you would not be able to get the family discount of 10%.
