Refunds

It concerns me with the lack of customer service at this time, it is taking nearly 2 weeks to reply by email, they will not allow you to change your travel dates for insurance you have purchased they say that due to the Covid-19 no travel is advised even though you can change you travel dates at a later date with all airlines. They will not even refund you the policy money even though you have not even travelled ! Wont be using them again for future travel insurance
