  • Hi Bernie, I'm very sorry but I'm afraid we can't offer refunds or 100% credits. This is because your policy starts providing cover from the moment you buy it, and therefore it is being used up before your travel dates. For example, our "cancellation before departure" cover kicks in immediately, and means that from the moment you buy your policy, to when your travel begins, your accomodation and travel expenses are covered, should you need to cancel your trip for unforeseen illness or injury. In addition, there are service and support costs associated with your policy. Thanks, Anna

    Cancellation insurance kicks in as soon as you buy the policy!!! Yeah, just try and satisfy them with their demands for more and more information which you can't get due to airline being in admin. and virus restrictions. Talk about spider and fly stuff. We are in our late 70's and they could not give a rats. But hey, we are truly sorry. I am seeing my member of parliament about this mob. Would make a great 60 minutes story.
