Insurance purchased last year - took 2 months to get a refusal. Happy to take your money, but won't pay out. our flights were cancelled, but TICK won't pay up because the airline offered us an alternative flight for later in the year, which had to be booked by May 2020. As there aren't even any flights yet, we can't book alternatives and can't get a refund.
