  • I did and was told I would get a reply in 14 days. Well I haven't! As I have said if you wont honour the policy just provide a refund. I have all your company emails to back up my statements. I feel crook was a nice way of describing your business. Also a stranded reply statement just shows this business contempt, PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS INSURER!

  • Wow just got an email telling me I will have a CREDIT! The whole process was misleading as I read it as being offered a REFUND, crooks and thieves. I wont be using the credit and I will be approaching the Ombudmans.
