• Hi Maru, I'm very sorry you had a negative experience with the claims experience. We are working on ways to make the claims process more user friendly, but since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been inundated with claims and enquiries, which has also meant our team are working very hard to try and resume normal service despite the unprecedented workload.   • Hard to accept your apologises as we were left completely down from u with any assistance or support at all despite we had purchased the highest expensive polcy to cover us & received 0$ of compensation coz the lack of compassion from u too.Just feft cheated and as we could not relie on u at all for anything when it came we thought it worth to have an insurance cover but then you just suddenly hid behind some policies made up just to cover you instead without advising us previously or after of any changes just taking advantage of the covid pandemic outbreak that was in your favour to rip money off and run.I'm sure with all the money u make u can afford to hire more staff and competent too!

  • Hi Anna, if I take this to discuss further with the complaint department who's gonna take care of my case and complaint? Another person? I would like to but I don't want to be given extra headaches to explain all again or submit everything again to look into my case as it may be a your requirement to make all messy and stressful for customers again?
