What a con

Booked a flight through Webjet from Sydney & took out the travel insurance for loss of fare due to cancellation or other circumstances beyond your control. The flight from my hometown to Sydney was delayed as the pilot was sick, so I could not make the connecting flight out of Sydney. Made a claim. Sorry only cover fares including pilot strike or terrorist attack. How many people buy this thinking they are covered? I will never take travel insurance through Webjet or Allianz again. Be warned

Do not utilise the Webjet insurance service, do your research. There is a reason why there is so many bad experiences from customers online, I am still chasing a refund after 3 years. To add on to thi
