Great coverage for a good price but headache for claims

World nomads is a legitimate company providing reliable coverage for a good price. However, if you do end up needing to make a claim, the process could very likely become a headache. I've been trying to make a claim for a consultation and medication I received and am not receiving the emails they send me regarding the claim (I receive all others). I contacted claims department via email - no response. I called claims department, was told I couldn't get through, eventually did after an hour, and the poor girl is having difficulty - I believe she was unable to locate my profile/claim. The representatives are kind and want to help but calling overseas is a pain in itself, so to have it be such a process just to make a claim is ridiculous. If you can go with another company, I would highly suggest it. I will not be getting insurance through this company ever again after this experience.
