Good way to lose some money

As many others have said, they will scam you in some way or another when you try claiming anything. I got a phone stolen, tried to claim it, but they wouldn't pay because the theft needed to be observed. I said we have CCTV footage, witnesses and the police report. Then they said it needed to be observed by me, during the act. It was then I figured I was robbed twice, and the insurance scam was more expensive then the phone. Customer service was also rude as anything. I tried another claim later on, and same bs hidden rules that apply to anything.
