Avoid

I will never use them again. They are great until you need their help and then they are extremely unhelpful and rude.
They left me stranded for seven days after cancelled flights while I was recovering from covid induced asthma.
There were repeated promises they were going to help and then absolutely nothing. I’d been using them for years but I never ever will again. I will strongly encourage everyone I know to never use them either- it’s a total waste of money.
