Beware of online budget insurers

Everything was fine when I was paying the premium. But when the time came for them to pay a claim, all sorts of excuses were made, with the complaint being passed from one department to the other. Had to make countless calls and visits to their office before I finally recovered my money. Will be changing insurers after this policy expires.
