Supportive and helpful

I was unlucky to have to make a claim a fortnight after buying a new car. I underestimated a high curb and hit the side of my car as I was pulling out of the junction. The progressive staff was very supportive. They helped out with the entire process, right from the claims documentation till the repairs. Continue the good work!
