Feel cheated, worst on the market.

They are probably the worst in the market. I was with them for over a year without any claims. Then my car got hit while parked. I immediately tried to contact them, but had to wait for 2 days to get any reply from them. Finally when I got a reply, they insisted that I get the car repaired from their repairer. Although hesitant, I agreed. It took a full month for the car to get serviced, though the damage was only minimal. When I got my car back, there was still a dent in the rear, but Progressive informed that the car is perfectly fine and requires no further repair. Any additional work would be on my own expenses. I feel cheated and should have not trusted them with my car or my money.
