Real Insurance review by dogowner

Real will not cover dogs pre-existing condition

Real will not cover the cost of my dog's condition stating that is was pre-existing. Surgery is a few thousand and I do not have that money for my dog. I will lose my best friend because Real would not hold up their end of the deal.

Umbrella Clauses Can't Cancel

They won't let you cancel if you have received claims. They also have a tiny clause in there that even if you do pay extra for every day vet visits they only pay back $50 A YEAR. I was angry at the fa

Having been with them for 3 years I went to make a claim but was told they would not pay out. My dog needed lifesaving surgery on a Sunday but because I did not notify them first, I had to pay the ful
