Did not pay claim

Having been with them for 3 years I went to make a claim but was told they would not pay out. My dog needed lifesaving surgery on a Sunday but because I did not notify them first, I had to pay the full vet cost myself which was around 4000 AUD!! Felt terribly cheated. And yes, definitely looking for another insurer.

Umbrella Clauses Can't Cancel

They won't let you cancel if you have received claims. They also have a tiny clause in there that even if you do pay extra for every day vet visits they only pay back $50 A YEAR. I was angry at the fa
