Umbrella Clauses Can't Cancel

They won't let you cancel if you have received claims. They also have a tiny clause in there that even if you do pay extra for every day vet visits they only pay back $50 A YEAR. I was angry at the fact that I only got $50 back from a $222.00 bill but then to be told that I cannot cancel after being with them for 10 months it was a huge slap in the face. I'm happy I haven't banked my $50 cheque yet so I can cancel and run far far away! NOT HAPPY

Having been with them for 3 years I went to make a claim but was told they would not pay out. My dog needed lifesaving surgery on a Sunday but because I did not notify them first, I had to pay the ful
