Appalling customer service

Wanted to cancel my policy but no answers from calls, waited 30 mins on 4 ocassions. So I tried to use the get a quote option on my next try, guess what, I got an answer within 2 minutes. The guy on the phone was shocked and said he will transfer me to the correct department, and surprise surprise the line got cut off after 5 mins waiting. I have now sent a written letter via email to cancel, because the policy is due soon. Appalling customer service.

My Dog had pimples due to overfeeding when he was a pup. 2 years later Real would not cover due to a "pre-existing" skin condition! the two incidents are totally unrelated. My vet's advi

Real will not cover the cost of my dog's condition stating that is was pre-existing. Surgery is a few thousand and I do not have that money for my dog. I will lose my best friend because Real would no
