    I feel terrible knowing that you've found our claims process so difficult to navigate.
    I sincerely regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience - it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on.
    Could you please email your policy number and contact details to communications@1cover.com.au ? I'd like to personally look into your claims and find out where we went wrong and why you feel the process let you down.
