I am disappointed as I contacted 1cover for advice as to whether I was insured for a rental car on May 7/17.
I did not hear back so therefore paid an extra $400.00 for insurance that I not find out was unnecessary. When I inquired yesterday as to whether I could be reimbursed, the answer was clearly no. I travel very frequently and will not consider this company again. Its disappointing as I have used this company several times in the past for when my children are traveling.
