Worst customer experience!
Terrible customer service. Called to enquire about how to make claim and got laughed at and told there was no point in making a claim at all. Had all of my cards stolen and fraud on my card and no funds left while overseas. Shrugged off to the point where I will never deal with this company again. Great until you need to make a claim. Ended up making claim through partners travel insurance who were more than helpful and assisted me straight away, I felt like a burden with 1cover and that was the worst part. Extremely disappointed.
