change of insured when called home and not being able to change insured name after initial contract
my daughter and I(68) where the initial drivers insured. My daughter (35) was called back to WA from NSW and I was unable to add or change the insured name to my wife (67). This was an inconvenience for us as we wanted to share the car separately.

Once a policy has commenced we are unable to change the travellers or add them on as the policy is already covering those named on it, if any claims were to arise and a change of this nature had been made it could lead to issues in processing the claim.
