1Cover has got me covered
My 8 month old daughter got sick during our holidays overseas and was confined in the ICU for 5-6 days. I contacted 1Cover to advise them of what’s happened and they were in touch with me everyday checking up on my daughter.
I had paid all the hospital bills and made a claim for reimbursement. I had all the documents required, submitted it to them and within a week got the approval and the money was transferred to my account.
I had no problems contacting them and no issues with making a claim.
I am very happy with their service and felt secured. When my daughter got sick, my heart was broken but at least with 1Cover, We were able to focus on our child’s recovery and did not have to worry about bills and other expenses.
They got it all covered!
