Very poor service
Our flight from Port Macquarie was cancelled by Qantas with no reason given. As we had a connecting international flight we had no other choice but to drive 5 hrs immediately after receiving the text message. As we were driving my husband contacted 1cover to be told that we could not make a claim unless the flight was cancelled due to the weather. This was very incorrect information as we have re read our policy. We were already stressed and this additional misinformation only made things worse. Our family travel frequently and we will never use or recommend 1cover again.

It’s perfectly understandable that you’re upset about what has happened. We don’t like to see our customers upset and inconvenienced. At 1Cover, we always strive to create a positive customer experience, so it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short of the high standard of service that we always expect from our staff.
