My 1Cover experience

I have been a long term 1Cover user. My family trip to Japan involved a skiing accident with my daughter. The service I received from the company was amazing!! From the first phone call I was looked after and given options about getting home. The constant phone calls to see how my daughter was and then even when we returned home I had another call to see how we were. The true test was how quickly would I be reimbursed for my costs. I was blown away in 2 weeks all done and dusted. I tell everyone that is going overseas to use your company....I am a big fan :)
