Really upset

I spent over $200 on medical bills from an injury from snowboarding in New Zealand.
I took the cover add on for snow sports and this still didn’t cover anything for me. I injured myself on the first day. So i couldn’t enjoy the rest of my holiday and I was relying on my travel insurance I paid for to insure I would at least get something back. But no I only got 36c.

Really upset and won’t recommend this travel insurance to everybody.
