Really Impressed with their Claims Process

After having my wallet pickpocketed overseas, losing cash and cards, I made my claim when I got back for the cash and cost of replacing lost wallet and cards.
Within a week of uploading the required documents, they have processed my claim, and are reimbursing my lost cash in total, and took the policy excess off the much lower item replacement cost component, which I did not expect and was pleasantly surprised to see.
This is my first claim with 1Cover after several years of travelling with their cover, and I will be renewing again!
